Position: Software Development and Research (D&R) Interns

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Duration: 6 weeks (between 2 June and 30 September 2025)

Position Description:

We are pleased to invite applications for 2 positions of Software Development and Research Interns as part of the Research & Innovation Internships 2025 Programme. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, research, and innovation projects. Interns will collaborate with our experienced team on activities such as:

• – Developing and testing software applications
• – Conducting research into emerging technologies and methodologies
• – Collaborating on innovative projects to address complex challenges
• – Assisting with data analysis and interpretation
• – Contributing to the design and implementation of experimental prototypes
• – Documenting code, preparing technical reports, and contributing to scientific publications

Requirements:

• – Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
• – Strong interest in software development, research, and technological innovation
• – Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• – Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• – Effective communication skills in Greek and English
